Return & Exchange Policy

2. Process Steps
- Request: Email Brandi5Hall@outlook.com with your Shopify order number, item type (e.g., toddler bed), reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof (e.g., photos of a dented desk frame).
- Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our Avon Park hub: 2695 N Pomelo Ave, Avon Park, FL, 33825) and unique return ID.
- Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Secure beds/desks with foam padding (reuse original box if possible); pack small parts (screws, brackets) in labeled bags to avoid loss.
- Finalization: Inspection takes 3-5 days (focuses on part completeness and safety). Eligible exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process via Shopify Payments in 3-5 business days.
3. Fee Details
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $30 / £24 via logistics receipt—higher for large beds/cabinets).
- Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + 7% restocking fee (covers part count checks, safety inspection, and repackaging).
- Ineligible Items: Used furniture (scratches, stained cushions), assembled beds/desks, or items missing parts—refused, you bear return shipping costs.
