1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). Remote rural areas may incur surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable (common for large items like children’s beds).
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Avon Park facility (2695 N Pomelo Ave, Avon Park, FL, 33825) or partner warehouses.
- Timeline: 3-5 business days (standard delivery); 1-2 business days (express delivery, U.S. contiguous states only). Larger items (e.g., full-size children’s beds, tall toy cabinets) may take 1-2 extra days for handling.
- Protective Packaging: Children’s beds/desks: Thick cardboard + foam corner guards (prevents frame scratches); toy cabinets: Bubble wrap for glass panels (if included); chairs: Padded covers (shields soft padding from moisture).
3. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $120 (applies to all furniture types, including large beds).
