By purchasing our children’s beds, desks, toy storage cabinets, or chairs via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.
1. Account & Shopify Platform
- Registration: Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new address for a children’s bed order) to avoid delivery delays—bulky furniture requires precise delivery coordinates.
- Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended toy cabinet purchases).
2. Orders & Payment
- Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., toddler beds, height-adjustable desks) and check assembly part completeness within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
- Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excludes taxes/delivery surcharges for Alaska/Hawaii). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
- Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur an 8% fee (covers heavy-duty packaging for beds/desks and order processing costs).
3. Products & Shipping
- Specifications: Product details (size, weight capacity, assembly requirements) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., desk surface shades) are normal due to production batches.
- Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Avon Park hub (2695 N Pomelo Ave, Avon Park, FL, 33825) is not for delivery. A $20 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses (higher for large furniture: $35 for beds/cabinets).
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unassembled, original packaging/parts intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., cracked desk tops, broken bed slats, missing cabinet drawers).
- Costs: We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., changed bed size needs), you pay return shipping + 7% restocking fee (covers part count checks, safety inspection, processed via Shopify Refunds).
- Ineligible Items: Used furniture (scratches, stained chairs), assembled beds/desks, or items missing parts (e.g., toy cabinet screws)—refused.
5. Liability & Updates
- Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty desk hinges) but not for damage from improper assembly, exceeding weight limits (e.g., overloading storage cabinets), or normal wear (e.g., chair cushion fading). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
- Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance of updated terms.
